Refunds and Shipping

When products are finished they will be shipped through USPS First Class mail and will usually arrive to their destination in 2-4 days. If you need something sooner I charge a $10 fee to "bump" you up on my list of orders. I am not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping. You will also receive an email after your items ships so you can track its shipping progress. All of my items are insured so if something does arrive damaged, please, let me know right away. 

I do not offer refunds but will gladly make an exchange if something does not fit properly or is not the color you thought it would be. Item will be replaced once I receive the original package you ordered. I ask that you pay the return postage in these circumstances. Knit and crochet items need to be well cared for and I cannot make an exchange for a product that has been mishandled and improperly cared for. 

Also, please note that colors of items may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions.
